Larger orders over £80.00 are despatched using Business Post Courier and are delivered next day once despatch has taken place.

(Orders over £100.00 to Europe are capped at £20.00 maximum postage/handling charge and will be dispatched by EuroRoad road courier service. Once despatch has taken place the order takes 3-4 days to reach its destination. )

Rest Of World

(Orders over £100 to be despatch by air courier and capped at £20.00 maximum postage/handling charge. Once despatch has taken place, orders take 7/10 days to reach their destination.)

Shipping
Forged in Battle endeavour to ship all orders within 7-10 days of receipt of order and mostly this is achieved. However, when we are experiencing high volumes of orders, it is not always possible to despatch orders within the 7-10 day timescale and we ask that you allow 28 days for receipt of your order. We contact our customers either by email or telephone to advise of any delays should this be the case. However, it is our policy to try to achieve the 7-10 day turnaround on orders at all times.

Returns
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the product(s) purchased then you must inform us within 7 working days of you receiving your order. The product must be returned to us in a resellable condition (i.e. unopened). On receipt of the unwanted goods we will then issue a refund.
